When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will replace promptly at no charge. However our products are custom made to order, If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item it is non returnable.
You're welcomed to request a sample from our customer service though!
