107" pieces are possible. You'd have to reach out to customer service and provide a drawing to verify what you're asking though.
Can a custom length of 107-11/16" be ordered? I want to use this to protect the arm rest of a recording console. 2" x 2" x 48" x 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Corner Guard, #4 Finish
Additionally, could one long edge be bent back 90ยบ to form a "J" channel so it wraps around the arm rest? The arm rest is an "L" shape in profile that is 3-1/8" wide by 1-3/4" high and 107-11/16" long and I'd essentially like to wrap it in stainless steel. The bottom edge is 3/4" thick so the folded back section ideally would be 3/4" wide. If a fully custom part is possible it would need to be a "J" profile that would have a long side that is 3-1/8" wide to the inner wall (bottom of J) and 3/4" to the inner wall on the short side of the J, with a 1-3/4" internal spacing between the two bends.
